TreeRock Social Cider House
Asheville's New Cider & Mead Focused Taproom & Patio

About TreeRock

TreeRock Social Cider House began with a vision of a taproom in Asheville focused on cider but not tied to a specific brand. That vision quickly grew to incorporate mead as well. We strive to bring you a few local selections along with a variety of ciders and meads from further away in the U.S. and interesting offerings from around the world, as they become available. Our goal is to expand the cider and mead experience, opening your mind to new possibilities.

The Team:

TreeRock is wholly owned by six women.

Kristy Stinnett is the primary owner and operator of the business. Originally from Ventura County (Camarillo), CA she spent 15 years as a wildland firefighter for a federal land management agency in the western states leading crews as well as planning and executing prescribed fires. She and her husband Steve moved to Asheville in 2006 and never plan on leaving this amazing part of the country. Kristy loves craft beverages of all types and became interested in craft ciders five years ago as more interesting and drier products became available in Western NC.

The other owner/investors live in South Florida, Virginia and Alexander.
